The pandemic had struck, it was the holiday season, and my 50th birthday was only 3 months away. I randomly changed one bad habit, which led me on an unexpected fulfilling personal journey.
Introducing my Life Coaching for Grown-Ups program, designed to help adults get their lives together. I have created, lived, and continuously develop this program for almost four years, and it's fully customizable to fit yinz (I'm from Pittsburgh).
Please note I am not a therapist, expert, mentor, or miracle worker.
I have been happily married for 23 years, we have two children, and Lucy (dog), and Boomer (big-boned cat, he's not fat).
